- We do not guarantee enrollment in any specific plan
- We do not guarantee that all information is current or complete
- Medicare plan availability, benefits, and networks may change
- Final enrollment decisions are made by Medicare/CMS and insurance carriers
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Reviewing all enrollment information before submission
- Verifying that enrollment information is accurate
- Confirming enrollment with Medicare/CMS
- Notifying us of any errors or changes
Communications
SMS and Phone Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive:

- Automated phone calls for provider network verification (to doctor's offices)
- Phone calls from us regarding your enrollment (with your consent)
